This is MINEC.This is disruptiveinnovation.

Because disruptive innovation never belongs to a single individual: it belongs to everyone willing to challenge what is possible.

Every breakthrough begins with someone willing to challenge what everyone accepts.

That is how implantology evolved. That is how MINEC was born.

Daegu, 2002. A periodontist named Kwang-Bum Park believed evolution was not enough.

He never asked how to build a better implant. He asked how to achieve a better outcome for the patient.

The implant was simply the answer. Not a new product: a new way of thinking.

A hospital, a factory and a network where innovation is tested, validated and shared. That is where MINEC begins.

For decades, three great innovations shaped the industry: osseointegration, the internal connection and surface technology. Each one changed the way clinicians treated their patients. But over time, innovation became evolution.

At MegaGen, Dr. Kwang-Bum Park believed evolution was not enough. A periodontist trained at Kyungpook National University, in 2002 he founded MIR Dental Hospital and MegaGen itself with one fixed idea: less invasive, more efficient implants.

When conventional systems reached their limits, he challenged the standard. The result was Rescue Implant: not just a new product, a new way of thinking. That moment became the foundation of what we now call disruptive innovation, and the commitment that created MIR Dental Hospital also created an international network of clinical research where innovation is tested, validated and shared. That is where MINEC begins.

It all starts in Daegu. Today MegaGen implants are used in more than 100 countries.

Chapters with their own accent, from Madrid to Tallinn, from Milan to Istanbul.

Education centres in Texas, New Jersey, California and Tijuana.

What is learned in one chair is discussed in Seoul, validated in Munich and returns, as evidence, to the patient. That is the bridge.

Where innovation is
tested, validated and shared

Not simply an educational platform: a global network where clinicians learn from each other, challenge conventions and shape the future of implantology together.

Blended training, online and in person, with mentors who operate every day. From MEGA'School Online to observation courses at MIR Dental Hospital and hands-on in every chapter.

  • Online courses on MEGA'School
  • Hands-on and observation courses
  • Live surgery
  • Webinars, Q&A and study clubs

Research happens before and after a product launch, and it is shared across the network as evidence that crosses borders.

  • Multicentre studies open to the network
  • Case reports and long-term follow-ups
  • New study protocols
  • Monthly research highlights

From the international symposium to the local study club: the same conversation, at a different scale, in a full room on every continent.

  • MegaGen International Symposium
  • Regional forums and national summits
  • MEGA'MIND and the MINEC Knights
  • Cases discussed with colleagues worldwide

Connecting clinicians to explore the why, the how and the what of the future of implant dentistry

Three innovations shaped implantology.
MegaGen is driving the fourth.

Making implantology simpler, safer and more predictable is the only thing that does not change from one name to the next.

Rescue

The first challenge to the standard: designed for the situations where conventional systems reached their limits.

AnyRidge, 2009

AnyRidge

Instead of adapting the patient to the implant, design the implant around biology.

BlueDiamond implant

Blue Diamond

AnyRidge DNA with twice the strength: a Ø4.1 implant even in narrow ridges.

R2Studio Q with face scan and CBCT

R2GATE · QVD

From guided surgery to QVD: CBCT, face scan and intraoral scan in one AI-driven workflow, from first visit to provisional.

BlueDiamond, BD Cuff and ARi implants

ARi · BD Cuff · AXA

Adapting to nature rather than fighting it: ARi and BD Cuff for thin ridges, AXA for full-arch prosthetics.

N3 dental unit, The First Class

Simpler. Safer. More predictable.

Always supported by science. Always centred on the patient.
